วันนี้ (17 กันยายน 2569) เวลา 10.00 น. พล.ต.ท.ไตรรงค์ ผิวพรรณ รองจเรตำรวจแห่งชาติ และโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ บรรยายพิเศษให้กับนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจชั้นปีที่ 2 และชั้นปีที่ 4 หัวข้อ “จากนักเรียนสู่การเป็นตำรวจของประชาชน” โดยมีนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ (นรต.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 4 จำนวน 585 นาย ร่วมรับฟังการบรรยาย
พล.ต.ท.ไตรรงค์ฯ กล่าวว่า การเป็นข้าราชการตำรวจที่ดีต้องทำงานโดยยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ทำงานด้วยหัวใจ เพื่อสังคมที่ปลอดภัย ซึ่งนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจต้องเตรียมความพร้อม 5 ด้าน คือ กายพร้อม ใจพร้อม วิชาพร้อม คนพร้อม และมีเข็มทิศการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ที่ถูกต้อง
นอกจากนี้ พล.ต.ท.ไตรรงค์ฯ เน้นย้ำความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต กล้าทำในสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง ไม่หยุดเรียนรู้ รักษามาตรฐานวิชาชีพ เป็นตำรวจที่ประชาชนพึ่งพาได้ โดยขอให้นักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ดูแลพี่น้องประชาชน ตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ก้าวเป็นผู้พิทักษ์สันติราษฎร์
The Royal Thai Navy will ensure that the vessel fully meets the required performance specifications, is delivered according to schedule, and is ready for actual operational deployment. It will also monitor and verify the implementation of technology transfer, activities carried out within Thailand, and the Offset commitments to ensure that they deliver the results set out in the proposal.
“Today’s announcement is not the end, but the beginning of our responsibility to transform the proposals contained in the documents into a vessel with full operational capabilities, and to transform the Offset Policy proposals into tangible economic benefits that Thailand must receive.”
Finally, the Royal Thai Navy reaffirms that the consideration of this project was conducted in accordance with predetermined criteria, using the same standards for all bidders, supported by evidence and rationale, under the Integrity Pact, and subject to retrospective verification. No company, country of manufacture, or outcome of the consideration was predetermined.
“This vessel is being built with the people’s budget; therefore, it must be ready to perform its duties for the people. At the same time, the country’s investment must be returned in the form of security, employment, knowledge, technology, and Thailand’s capacity for self-reliance.”
