ตำรวจไทยผนึกกำลัง FBI และ 19 พันธมิตรนานาชาติ ยกระดับความร่วมมือปราบปรามแก๊งสแกมเมอร์และอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ มุ่งถอนรากถอนโคนเครือข่ายอาชญากร เร่งแลกเปลี่ยนข่าวกรองแบบเรียลไทม์ พร้อมเตือนประชาชนระวังมิจฉาชีพออนไลน์
วันนี้ (24 กรกฎาคม 2569) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยว่า สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติประกาศก้าวสำคัญในความร่วมมือด้านการบังคับใช้กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ โดยมาตรการเชิงรุกของประเทศไทยในการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางไซเบอร์และอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ได้รับการยอมรับเป็นที่ประจักษ์ในระดับสากล
เพื่อสะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือในทวิภาคีดังกล่าว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ได้เปิดเผยถึงการเยือนอย่างเป็นทางการของ นายแคช พาเทล (Mr. Kash Patel) ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานสอบสวนกลางสหรัฐอเมริกา (FBI) โดยผู้อำนวยการ Patel ได้เลือกประเทศไทยเป็นจุดหมายแรกในการเยือนต่างประเทศอย่างเป็นทางการครั้งนี้ และได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี ณ ทำเนียบรัฐบาล และได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ ร่วมหารือกับ พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ ณ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ
ผู้อำนวยการ Patel ได้กล่าวชื่นชมการดำเนินงานด้านการบังคับใช้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย ในประเด็นการปราบปรามสแกมเมอร์ และการค้ามนุษย์ พร้อมทั้งแสดงความขอบคุณสำหรับความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืนระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกาและไทย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้แสดงความขอบคุณที่ประเทศไทยร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุม Executive Scam Center Summit โดยยกย่องสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติในฐานะพันธมิตรด้านการบังคับใช้กฎหมายที่สำคัญในภูมิภาค
ทั้งนี้ การประชุม “Executive Scam Center Summit” จัดขึ้นโดย FBI ระหว่างวันที่ 20-21 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรม เดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน กรุงเทพฯ การประชุมครั้งนี้ได้รวบรวมผู้บริหารระดับสูงด้านการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย 78 คน จาก 19 พันธมิตรนานาชาติ โดยผู้อำนวยการ Patel ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม และให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมพิธีปิดของงาน วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการประชุมในครั้งนี้ คือการร่วมมือกันเพื่อกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง และเสริมสร้างพันธมิตรระหว่างประเทศเพื่อกำจัดฐานที่มั่นของแก๊งสแกมเมอร์ และกวาดล้างเครือข่ายอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ
ผู้แทนจากหลากหลายประเทศ และ FBI ได้ตกลงร่วมกันว่าเป้าหมายในการทำงานไม่ใช่เพียงแค่การจับกุมผู้กระทำผิดเป็นรายบุคคลเท่านั้น แต่ต้องถอนรากถอนโคนและทำลายโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์กรอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติเหล่านี้ ก้าวต่อไปของความร่วมมือนี้ จะมุ่งเน้นไปที่การยกระดับการแบ่งปันข่าวกรอง การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์ และการสืบสวนข้ามพรมแดน นอกจากนี้ หน่วยงานนานาชาติจะให้ความสำคัญกับการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการสกัดกั้นภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์รูปแบบใหม่ในเชิงรุก
เนื่องจากเครือข่ายอาชญากรมีการปรับตัวอยู่ตลอดเวลา วิธีการและการหลอกลวงทางจิตวิทยามีความซับซ้อนมากยิ่งขึ้น สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติยึดมั่นในความมุ่งมั่นที่จะปกป้องชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความมุ่งมั่นนี้ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติจึงขอเตือนให้ประชาชนเฝ้าระวัง ไม่ให้หลงเชื่อสายเรียกเข้า หรือข้อความที่ไม่ทราบที่มา และแนะนำให้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องผ่านช่องทางของรัฐเท่านั้น ความร่วมมือจากภาคประชาชนคือสิ่งสำคัญ หากท่านพบเห็นกิจกรรมที่ต้องสงสัย กลโกง หรือมีเบาะแสเกี่ยวกับขบวนการสแกมเมอร์ โปรดแจ้งทันที ผ่านสายด่วน 191 หรือ สายด่วนสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ 1599
Royal Thai Police Joins with the FBI and 19 International Partners to Enhance Cooperation in Combating Scammers and Transnational Crime
(24 July 2026) The Royal Thai Police (RTP) announces a significant step in international law enforcement cooperation. Thailand’s proactive measures against cyber fraud and transnational crime have gained notable international recognition.
Reflecting of this bilateral partnership, Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaturapat Bhiromkaew, Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police, reported on the recent official visit by Mr. Kash Patel, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Director Patel made Thailand his first stop during this overseas official visit. During his visit, Director Patel met with Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul at Government House, and held discussions with Police General Kittharath Punpetch, Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police, at RTP Headquarters.
Director Patel commended Thailand’s law enforcement operations, which span across anti-scam efforts and human trafficking. The FBI director expressed his gratitude for the enduring partnership between the United States and Thailand. Further, the director expressed his appreciation to Thailand for co-hosting the Executive Scam Center Summit, praising the RTP as a vital law enforcement ally in the region.
This significant event, the ” Executive Scam Center Summit” was organized by the FBI from July 20-21, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. The summit brought together 78 senior law enforcement executives from 19 international partners. Director Patel actively participated in the summit and honored the event by attending its closing ceremony. The primary objective was to collaborate on actionable strategies and strengthen international alliances to neutralize scam compounds and dismantle transnational criminal syndicates.
Representatives from various nations and the FBI have agreed that the goal is not merely to arrest individual offenders, but to completely uproot and destroy the foundational structures of these transnational organizations. Moving forward, the partnership will focus on enhanced intelligence sharing by elevating real-time data exchange and cross-border investigation. Additionally, the collaboration will emphasize capacity to proactively disrupt emerging cyber threats.
Criminal syndicates are constantly adapting, making their deceptive tactics and psychological manipulation more complex. The RTP remains unwavering in its commitment to protecting the lives and properties of the public. In line with this commitment, the RTP warns the public to remain highly vigilant by not trusting unsolicited calls or messages, and strongly advises always verifying information directly through official government channels. Public cooperation is crucial.
