ปรับประมาณการความเสียหายจากการโจมตีสถานพยาบาล รพ.พนมดงรักเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา จ.สุรินทร์ เพิ่มเป็น 45 ล้านบาท
วันที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2568, สสจ.สุรินทร์ได้ลงพื้นที่สำรวจความเสียหายจากการโจมตีสถานพยาบาลของกองทัพกัมพูชา ที่โรงพยาบาลพนมดงรักเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ หลังจากที่การประเมินเบื้องต้นจากภาพถ่ายแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเสียหายที่หนักหน่วงกว่าที่คาดไว้
จากการสำรวจ พบว่าแรงระเบิดจากการโจมตีส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างและฐานรากของอาคารหลายแห่ง โดยคาดว่าจะต้องสร้างใหม่ทั้งสิ้น 4 อาคาร ซึ่งส่งผลให้กระทรวงสาธารณสุขต้องปรับตัวเลขประมาณการความเสียหายจาก 3,350,000 บาท (ที่เกิดจากการประเมินเบื้องต้นในช่วงที่ไม่สามารถเข้าพื้นที่ได้) เป็น 45,050,000 บาท

- อาคารภูมิพัฒน์ – 7 ล้านบาท
- อาคารขวัญภูมินทร์ – 7 ล้านบาท
- อาคารหลวงตารอด – 15 ล้านบาท
- อาคารแฟลตพยาบาล 3 ชั้น – 15 ล้านบาท
- หลังคาห้องน้ำ – 300,000 บาท
- ป้อมยาม – 150,000 บาท
- ป้ายทางออกหน้าโรงพยาบาล – 200,000 บาท
- หลังคาหน้าอาคารขวัญภูมินทร์ – 200,000 บาท
- หลังคาที่จอดรถข้างแฟลตพยาบาล – 200,000 บาท
การโจมตีดังกล่าวทำให้เกิดผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรงต่อการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ในพื้นที่ และส่งผลให้โรงพยาบาลต้องเร่งดำเนินการซ่อมแซมเพื่อให้บริการแก่ประชาชนต่อไป
Damage Assessment of Phanom Dong Rak Hospital, Surin Province
This is an estimation of the structural and building damage at Phanom Dong Rak Chalerm Prakiat 80th Anniversary Hospital in Surin Province, resulting from an attack on the medical facility by the Cambodian military. The Surin Provincial Public Health Office conducted a site survey on August 2, 2025.
The on-site inspection revealed significantly more damage compared to the initial estimate based on photographs. The force of the explosion is believed to have affected the structural integrity and foundations of the buildings, requiring four of them to be rebuilt.
As a result, the Ministry of Public Health has revised the initial estimate of 3,350,000 Baht (a preliminary figure based on photos when the area was inaccessible) to a new damage estimate of 45,050,000 Baht.
