สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติยกระดับปราบปรามเครือข่ายอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ เปิดปฏิบัติการในกรุงเทพฯ จับกุมชาวต่างชาติหลายราย พัวพันยาเสพติดและแก๊งหลอกลวงออนไลน์แบบโรแมนซ์สแกม พบใช้ที่พักอาศัยในชุมชนเป็นฐานก่อเหตุ เร่งขยายผลล่าผู้ร่วมขบวนการ พร้อมเตือนประชาชนระวังภัยออนไลน์และช่วยแจ้งเบาะแสพฤติกรรมต้องสงสัย
วันนี้ (28 พฤษภาคม 2569) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กล่าวว่า สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเดินหน้ายกระดับการปราบปรามเครือข่ายอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ภายหลังการเปิดปฏิบัติการในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร สามารถจับกุมชาวต่างชาติหลายรายภายในคอนโดมิเนียมและสถานที่พักอาศัย ซึ่งมีความเชื่อมโยงกับการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดและขบวนการหลอกลวงผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ในลักษณะโรแมนซ์สแกม
จากการตรวจค้น เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจยึดพยานหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคดี และพบว่าผู้ต้องหาบางส่วนใช้สถานที่พักอาศัยที่เช่าไว้เป็นแหล่งดำเนินการและปกปิดการกระทำความผิดภายในชุมชน รวมถึงมีพฤติการณ์ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์และแอปพลิเคชันสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ในการหลอกลวงผู้เสียหาย ขณะนี้เจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ระหว่างการขยายผลเพื่อติดตามผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและเครือข่ายที่เชื่อมโยงเพิ่มเติม
ปฏิบัติการดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงการทำงานเชิงรุกและการสืบสวนด้านข่าวกรองของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ประเทศไทยถูกใช้เป็นพื้นที่ในการกระทำความผิดของเครือข่ายอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยของประชาชน ความสงบเรียบร้อย และความมั่นคงของประเทศ
สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติจะดำเนินการสืบสวน ติดตาม และปราบปรามเครือข่ายอาชญากรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มบุคคลต่างชาติที่อาศัยช่องว่าง หรือใช้สิทธิการพำนักในราชอาณาจักรไปในทางที่ผิดเพื่อกระทำความผิด
พร้อมกันนี้ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติขอความร่วมมือจากประชาชน ให้เพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการติดต่อกับบุคคลแปลกหน้าผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ โดยเฉพาะกรณีที่มีการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อย่างรวดเร็ว การชักชวนลงทุน หรือการขอให้โอนเงินในลักษณะผิดปกติ รวมทั้งขอให้ช่วยกันสอดส่องและแจ้งเบาะแสพฤติกรรมต้องสงสัย การพำนักเกินกำหนด หรือความเคลื่อนไหวผิดปกติในชุมชน ผ่านสถานีตำรวจใกล้บ้าน หรือสายด่วนสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ 191 และ 1599 โดยความร่วมมือจากประชาชนถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการป้องกันไม่ให้เครือข่ายอาชญากรรมเข้ามาแฝงตัวและใช้ประเทศไทยเป็นพื้นที่ในการกระทำความผิด
ROYAL THAI POLICE INTENSIFIES CRACKDOWN ON TRANSNATIONAL CRIMINAL NETWORKS IN BANGKOK
(28 May 2026) Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaturapat Bhiromkaew, Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police, announced that The Royal Thai Police has intensified enforcement operations against transnational criminal networks following a recent operation in Bangkok in which several foreign suspects were arrested at condominium units and residential premises linked to narcotics-related activities and online romance scam operations.
During the operation, authorities seized evidence connected to the case and discovered that the suspects had allegedly used rented accommodations as operational bases while attempting to conceal their activities within local communities. Investigations revealed that some suspects were allegedly involved in online deception schemes targeting victims through social media and online communication platforms. Investigations are ongoing to identify additional individuals and networks connected to the operation.
The operation reflects the Royal Thai Police’s continued intelligence-led and proactive enforcement efforts to prevent Thailand from being used as a base for transnational criminal activities that threaten public safety, public order, and national security.
Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police, stated that authorities will continue identifying, disrupting, and dismantling criminal networks operating within the Kingdom, including foreign nationals who abuse their permission to stay in Thailand for unlawful purposes.
The Royal Thai Police also urges the public to remain cautious when interacting with unknown individuals online, particularly in cases involving requests for money, investment opportunities, or rapidly developed online relationships. Members of the public are encouraged to report suspicious activities, illegal overstays, or unusual movements within communities to the nearest police station or through the Royal Thai Police hotlines 191 or 1599.
Public cooperation remains essential in safeguarding communities and preventing criminal networks from taking root in Thailand.
