สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติได้รับเสียงชื่นชมระดับสากล หลัง Federal Bureau of Investigation หรือ FBI ยกไทยเป็นพันธมิตรเชิงปฏิบัติการในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ร่วมปราบปรามเครือข่ายสแกมเมอร์ที่สร้างความเสียหายทั่วโลกนับพันล้านดอลลาร์ ตอกย้ำศักยภาพตำรวจไทยบนเวทีนานาชาติ
วันนี้ (27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยว่า สหรัฐอเมริกา ได้เผยแพร่คำให้สัมภาษณ์ของ Mr.Scott Schelble รองผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการระหว่างประเทศของ FBI ที่มีต่อสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ว่าเป็นพันธมิตรระดับภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่ร่วมมือกันในการปราบปรามและทลายเครือข่ายสแกมเมอร์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ในระหว่างการแถลงข่าวของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหรัฐฯ Mr.Scott Schelble รองผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการระหว่างประเทศของ FBI ได้เน้นย้ำถึงภัยคุกคามจากเครือข่ายสแกมเมอร์ที่สร้างความเสียหายแก่ทั่วโลก ซึ่งในปี 2568 มีมูลค่าความเสียหายสูงถึง 2.9 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ พร้อมกันนี้ได้กล่าวถึงการทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจไทย โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความเป็นพันธมิตรระหว่างหน่วยงานของสหรัฐฯ และสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ โดยระบุว่าความร่วมมือนี้คือความเป็นหุ้นส่วนในเชิงปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งการทำงานร่วมกันทำให้ทั้งสองหน่วยงานประสบความสำเร็จ ทั้งในด้านป้องกันปราบปรามเครือข่ายอาชญากรรม การระบุตัวผู้เสียหาย และการจัดการกับโครงสร้างทางการเงินที่สนับสนุนอาชญากรเหล่านี้
พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ฯ เปิดเผยเพิ่มเติมว่า การที่หน่วยงานรัฐบาลสหรัฐฯ เผยแพร่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการทำงานของตำรวจไทย สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงผลการปฏิบัติของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเป็นที่ประจักษ์ในสายตาของนานาประเทศ ในการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ และภายใต้นโยบายของ พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ จะมุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับเครือข่ายผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายต่างประเทศ ในการระบุ และกำจัดแหล่งการเงินของกลุ่มมิจฉาชีพ ควบคู่ไปกับการคัดแยกและช่วยเหลือผู้เสียหาย โดยมีเป้าหมายในการทำลายวงจรเครือข่ายหลอกลวง
สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติขอยืนยันกับประชาชนว่า เราจะเดินหน้ากระชับความสัมพันธ์และเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กับทั้งประเทศในภูมิภาคและนานาชาติ เพื่อกวาดล้างเครือข่ายสแกมเมอร์ข้ามชาติ คุ้มครองประชาชนจากการเป็นเหยื่อของอาชญากรรมทางไซเบอร์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของประเทศอย่างถึงที่สุด
Royal Thai Police Receives International Acclaim: FBI Highlights Thailand as an “Operational Partner” in Eradicating Transnational Scam Networks
(February 26, 2026) Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaturapat Bhiromkaew, Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police (RTP), announced that the United States has published an interview with Mr. Scott Schelble, Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI’s International Operations Division, regarding the RTP. The statement highlights Thailand as a partner in Southeast Asia, collaborating concretely to suppress and dismantle transnational scam centers.
During a U.S. Department of State press briefing, Mr. Scott Schelble, Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI’s International Operations Division, emphasized the global threat posed by scam networks, which caused a staggering $2.9 billion in losses in 2025 alone. Concurrently, he acknowledged the joint efforts with Thai law enforcement, emphasizing the partnership between U.S. agencies and RTP. He noted that this collaboration is an operational partnership. Working together has enabled both agencies to achieve success in disrupting criminal networks, identifying victims, and tackling the financial infrastructure that supports these criminals.
Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaturapat Bhiromkaew further stated that the publication of information regarding Thai police operations by U.S. government reflects the RTP’s efforts in combating transnational crime to the international community. Under the policy of Pol. Gen. Kittharath Punpetch, Commissioner General of the RTP, the force focuses on exchanging information with international law enforcement networks to trace and cut off the financial sources of criminal syndicates. This approach, combined with victim screening and assistance, aims to dismantle the cycle of fraudulent networks.
The RTP assures the public that it will continue to strengthen regional and international cooperation and remains committed to eradicating transnational scam networks, protecting citizens from cybercrime, and fully enhancing the nation’s security.
