เสียงสะท้อนจากนักท่องเที่ยวจากหลายประเทศเชื่อมั่นมาตรการความปลอดภัยไทย – สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติย้ำความสำเร็จปีใหม่ 2569 เกิดจากความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วน
วันนี้ (4 มกราคม 2569) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยว่า ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นเทศกาลปีใหม่ 2569 ภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทยได้รับเสียงชื่นชมจากสื่อมวลชนและนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ ในด้านความปลอดภัยและการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ โดยสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติชี้ให้เห็นว่าความปลอดภัยในแลนด์มาร์กสำคัญสะท้อนถึงมาตรฐานการดูแลที่เป็นสากล
จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลและเสียงสะท้อนจากช่องทางต่าง ๆ พบว่านักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติมีความเชื่อมั่นต่อการรักษาความปลอดภัยในประเทศไทยเพิ่มสูงขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นผลจากการระดมกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจกว่า 30,000 นาย ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวกและเฝ้าระวังความปลอดภัยทั่วประเทศอย่างเข้มงวดตลอดช่วงวันหยุดยาว โดยหลักฐานความสำเร็จที่สะท้อนผ่านมุมมองสังคมและนักท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่
ความเชื่อมั่นในพื้นที่แลนด์มาร์ก : ในพื้นที่จัดงานขนาดใหญ่ อาทิ ไอคอนสยาม เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ ภูเก็ต และเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งมีนักท่องเที่ยวหนาแน่น จากการรายงานของสื่อและข้อมูลจากแพลตฟอร์มการท่องเที่ยวในช่วงเทศกาล ระบุว่าระบบการจัดการความปลอดภัย โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี AI และกล้อง CCTV อัจฉริยะ ช่วยให้ผู้ร่วมงานรู้สึกปลอดภัยและลดความกังวลต่อการเกิดเหตุอาชญากรรม
ความประทับใจจากการบริการ : ด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมืองได้รับการตอบรับในเชิงบวกด้านความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ แม้จะมีปริมาณผู้เดินทางเข้าประเทศเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยการใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติและการเพิ่มกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยสร้างความประทับใจแรกให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ
การเข้าถึงความช่วยเหลือที่รวดเร็ว : ข้อมูลจากสายด่วน 1155 และแอปพลิเคชัน “Tourist Police Bureau” แสดงให้เห็นว่านักท่องเที่ยวสามารถขอรับความช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างทันท่วงที โดยเฉพาะการประสานงานด้วยภาษาต่างประเทศที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสื่อสาร
สถิติความปลอดภัยทางถนน : ในกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้รถใช้ถนนด้วยตนเอง พบว่ามาตรการกวดขันและจุดบริการประชาชนช่วยให้การเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในต่างจังหวัดเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัยมากขึ้น
รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กล่าวว่า สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติขอขอบคุณพี่น้องประชาชนชาวไทยที่ร่วมเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดี ความสำเร็จดังกล่าวไม่ใช่เพียงผลงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจเท่านั้น แต่เป็นผลจากความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วน ที่ช่วยส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของประเทศไทยในฐานะ “จุดหมายปลายทางที่ปลอดภัยและน่าประทับใจ” ในสายตานักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ และสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติจะนำเสียงสะท้อนและข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับในช่วงเทศกาลปีใหม่นี้ มาใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลในการพัฒนาและยกระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยนักท่องเที่ยวให้ดียิ่งขึ้นตลอดปี 2569 เพื่อขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่ศูนย์กลางการท่องเที่ยวระดับโลกอย่างยั่งยืน

Jaturapat Bhiromkaew, Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police, stated that following the conclusion of the New Year 2026 holiday period, Thailand’s tourism image has received positive recognition from both the media and international tourists for its safety and effective area management. The Royal Thai Police noted that safety conditions at key landmarks reflect internationally accepted standards of care and security.
The Deputy Spokesperson noted that feedback gathered through various service channels indicated growing confidence among foreign tourists in Thailand’s safety environment. This was made possible by the coordinated efforts of more than 30,000 police officers who worked throughout the extended holiday period to assist travelers and maintain a visible security presence nationwide.
Confidence in Landmark Areas : At major event venues with high visitor density—such as ICONSIAM, CentralWorld, Phuket, and Chiang Mai—reports from the media and information from tourism platforms during the festive period indicate that security management systems utilizing AI technology and smart CCTV cameras helped attendees feel safe and reduced concerns regarding criminal incidents.
Positive Service Impressions : Immigration checkpoints received favorable feedback for service efficiency despite the high volume of incoming travelers. The use of automated systems and the reinforcement of personnel contributed to a positive first impression among international visitors.
Rapid Access to Assistance : Data from the 1155 hotline and the “Tourist Police Bureau” application show that tourists were able to receive timely assistance and resolve immediate issues effectively, particularly through multilingual coordination that enhanced communication efficiency.
Road Safety Statistics : Among tourists who traveled independently by road, intensified enforcement measures and public service checkpoints contributed to smoother and safer travel experiences across provincial areas.
The Deputy Spokesperson added that the Royal Thai Police extend their sincere appreciation to the Thai public for being gracious hosts.
