สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ยกระดับปฏิบัติการเชิงรุก เน้นการบูรณาการกำลังเพื่อสกัดกั้นอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติทุกรูปแบบ พร้อมยืนยันต่อประชาคมโลกว่าปฏิบัติการความมั่นคงของไทยมุ่งเป้าไปที่กลุ่มมิจฉาชีพและบุคคลที่เป็นภัยคุกคามความมั่นคง โดยยึดถือความปลอดภัยของพลเรือนเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ
วันนี้ (24 ธันวาคม 2568) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยถึงสถานการณ์ล่าสุดว่า ตามนโยบายของ พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ บูรณาการการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ เพื่อปูพรมตรวจสอบและสกัดกั้นกลุ่มอาชญากรที่อาจแฝงตัวมากับสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบ
“สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ไม่นิ่งเฉยในการสกัดภัยคุกคามจากกลุ่มอาชญากรรม ที่อาจจะใช้พื้นที่ไทยเป็นแหล่งกบดาน หรือหลบหนี เราได้สั่งการให้เพิ่มความเข้มข้นในการคัดกรองบุคคล และบูรณาการด้านการข่าวกับนานาชาติอย่างเข้มข้น เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอาชญากรเหล่านี้ถูกสกัดกั้นไม่ให้เข้ามาในประเทศไทย และระดมกวาดล้างบุคคลที่อาจจะเป็นภัยคุกคามไม่ให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักร ตามแผนปฏิบัติการ Operation Bad Guys Out”
โดยมีผลปฏิบัติการตั้งแต่วันที่ 1-20 ธันวาคม 2568 รวมตรวจค้น 13,394 เป้าหมาย จับกุมผู้ต้องหา 13,073 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นความผิดฐานปฏิเสธคนเข้าเมือง จำนวน 6,500 คดี การปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้เป็นการส่งสัญญาณชัดเจนไปยังนานาชาติว่า ประเทศไทยไม่ใช่พื้นที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับอาชญากรข้ามชาติ และเจ้าหน้าที่ไทยพร้อมดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานสากลเพื่อรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยและปกป้องเสถียรภาพของภูมิภาคอย่างเต็มกำลัง
The Royal Thai Police (RTP) has intensified its proactive operations, emphasizing the integration of forces to intercept all forms of transnational crime. The RTP reaffirms to the international community that Thailand’s security operations are strictly targeted at criminal elements and individuals posing security threats, with the safety of civilians upheld as a core priority.
Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaturaphat Bhiromkaew, Deputy Spokesperson for the Royal Thai Police, disclosed the latest developments stating that, in accordance with the policy of Pol. Gen. Kittharath Punpetch, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, directives have been issued to integrate operations with local security agencies. The objective is to conduct comprehensive sweeping operations to verify and intercept criminal groups that may attempt to infiltrate amidst the current unrest.
“The Royal Thai Police remains vigilant in mitigating threats from criminal groups that may seek to utilize Thailand as a hideout or escape route. We have ordered intensified screening protocols for individuals and are strictly integrating intelligence with international counterparts. This ensures that these criminals are intercepted before entering Thailand and that individuals posing a threat are rooted out from the Kingdom, under ‘Operation Bad Guys Out’.”
Operational results from December 1–20, 2025, include searches of 13,394 target locations, resulting in the arrest of 13,073 suspects. The majority of these cases, totaling 6,500, involved offenses related to immigration laws.
This operation sends a clear signal to the international community that Thailand is not a safe haven for transnational criminals. Thai authorities stand ready to operate in accordance with international standards to maintain order and protect regional stability to the fullest extent.
