สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เร่งตรวจสอบกรณีนางแบบสาวชาวเบลารุส อ้างถูกหลอกให้ทำงานในแก๊งสแกมเมอร์ที่เมียนมา ก่อนถูกสังหาร ประสานกระทรวงการต่างประเทศและทางการเมียนมาตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง ย้ำเดินหน้าปราบขบวนการค้ามนุษย์–หลอกแรงงานข้ามพรมแดนอย่างเด็ดขาด
วันนี้ (19 ตุลาคม 2568) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว ผู้บังคับการกองการต่างประเทศ ในฐานะรองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กล่าวถึงกรณีสื่อต่างประเทศรายงานเรื่องนางแบบชาวเบลารุส อ้างว่าถูกหลอกลวงให้เดินทางมาประเทศไทยเพื่อทำงานเป็นนางแบบ แต่กลับถูกหลอกลวงบังคับทำงานเป็นสแกมเมอร์ในประเทศเมียนมา แล้วถูกฆาตกรรมในเวลาต่อมา ว่า สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติกำลังตรวจสอบและดำเนินการเรื่องนี้อย่างเร่งด่วน ตามนโยบายของ พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ ที่ให้ความสำคัญในการป้องกันปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ การหลอกลวงชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติไปทำงานในขบวนการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ หรือองค์กรอาชญากรรมอื่น ๆ ในประเทศที่มีพรมแดนติดกับประเทศไทย
รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กล่าวว่า สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติได้รับทราบเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว และให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง และการดำเนินการเพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรม ขณะนี้ยังไม่สามารถยืนยันข้อเท็จจริงตามข่าว อยู่ระหว่างการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคง กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และทางการเมียนมา เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องของข้อมูล สนับสนุนการสืบสวนหาความจริง เสริมสร้างมาตรการป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์ และการแสวงหาประโยชน์จากแรงงานข้ามพรมแดน
รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กล่าวย้ำว่า ขอเตือนประชาชนให้ใช้ความระมัดระวัง เมื่อได้รับข้อเสนอการทำงานจากแหล่งที่มาที่ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบได้ โดยเฉพาะข้อเสนอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานในต่างประเทศโดยไม่มีการตรวจสอบเอกสารหรือความถูกต้องตามกฎหมายอย่างชัดเจน ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ผู้ที่พบเห็นหรือสงสัยว่าอาจมีการหลอกลวงในลักษณะดังกล่าว รีบแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจทันที โดยสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยของประชาชนทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติจากเครือข่ายอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ และจะรายงานความคืบหน้าของคดีนี้ให้สาธารณชนทราบอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป
Royal Thai Police Addresses Reports on the Death of Belarusian Model in Myanmar
October 19, 2025 – Police Major General Jaturapat Bhiromkaew Deputy Spokesperson Royal Thai Police revealed that The Royal Thai Police (RTP) wishes to clarify recent media reports regarding the tragic case of a Belarusian model who was allegedly deceived and murdered in Myanmar for the purpose of organ trafficking. The incident is reportedly connected to a transnational criminal network that targets foreign nationals through fraudulent job offers in modeling and call center operations, subsequently forcing victims into labor with scam syndicates before leading to fatal outcomes.
The Deputy Spokesperson stated that the Royal Thai Police (RTP) is urgently investigating and taking action on the matter under the policy of Police General Kittharath Phanphet, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, who places strong emphasis on the prevention and suppression of human trafficking and the deception of Thai and foreign nationals into forced labor or involvement in online scam operations and other criminal organizations in countries bordering Thailand.
The RTP has been made aware of the matter and attaches great importance to verifying the facts and ensuring justice. Coordination is currently underway with relevant security agencies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Myanmar authorities to confirm the accuracy of the reports, support the investigation, and reinforce preventive measures against cross-border human trafficking and labor exploitation.
The RTP strongly urges the public to exercise vigilance when receiving job offers from unverified sources, particularly those involving employment overseas without proper verification or legal documentation. Members of the public who encounter or suspect such deceptive schemes are encouraged to report immediately to the authorities.
The RTP remains committed to protecting all individuals, both Thai and foreign nationals, from falling victim to international criminal networks. Updates on this case will be provided to the public as the investigation progresses.
