พล.ต.อ.ธัชชัย นำคณะนานาชาติลงพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ตรวจจุดเสี่ยงลักลอบข้ามแดน พร้อมเดินหน้าความร่วมมือ “Warroom IAC” สร้างเครือข่ายปราบแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์–ค้ามนุษย์เต็มรูปแบบ ย้ำไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางประสานข้อมูลระดับภูมิภาค
วันนี้ (25 กันยายน 2568) เวลา 09.00 น. พล.ต.อ.ธัชชัย ปิตะนีละบุตร จเรตำรวจแห่งชาติ ในฐานะผู้บัญชาการศูนย์บริหารเหตุการณ์แก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์และค้ามนุษย์นานาชาติ (ศกค.) หรือ International Anti-Scam and Human Trafficking Syndicate Command Center (Warroom IAC) นำคณะผู้แทนนานาประเทศที่มาร่วมประชุมหารือด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์เกี่ยวเนื่องกับอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ระหว่างสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กับเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับปฏิบัติการของหน่วยบังคับใช้กฎหมายจากต่างประเทศ และเจ้าหน้าที่จากองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ลงพื้นที่จุดผ่านแดนถาวรบ้านผักกาด ต.คลองใหญ่ อ.โป่งน้ำร้อน จ.จันทบุรี เพื่อรับฟังการสรุปสถานการณ์และการปราบปรามแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ในพื้นที่ จ.จันทบุรี โดยมี นายมนต์สิทธิ์ ไพศาลธนวัฒน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี, พล.ร.ต.ชรัมม์ภากร พรหมภากร ผู้บัญชาการป้องกันชายแดนจันทบุรีและตราด, พล.ต.ต.พงษ์สยาม มีขันทอง รองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว/รอง ผบ.ศกค., พล.ต.ต.ผดุงศักดิ์ รักษาสุข ผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดจันทบุรี, พล.ต.ต.ภูมิพัฒน์ ภัทรศรีวงษ์ชัย ผู้บังคับการสืบสวนสอบสวน ตำรวจภูธรภาค 4, พล.ต.ต.ทรงกลด เกริกกฤตยา ผู้บังคับการปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ และคณะ ร่วมประชุมสรุปสถานการณ์
จากนั้น พล.ต.อ.ธัชชัยฯ ได้นำคณะลงพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา บริเวณช่องทางธรรมชาติใกล้เมืองไพลิน ประเทศกัมพูชา เพื่อตรวจสอบมาตรการป้องกันการลักลอบข้ามแดน และรับฟังรายงานจุดที่กลุ่มแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ใช้เป็นฐานปฏิบัติการ โดยพบว่ามีอาคารสูง รั้วรอบขอบชิดในฝั่งกัมพูชา ซึ่งมีชาวต่างชาติเข้าเช่าและใช้ประโยชน์เชื่อมโยงกับการกระทำผิด ทั้งนี้ฝ่ายไทยได้เข้มงวดในการตัดการลักลอบเชื่อมต่อสาธารณูปโภคจากฝั่งไทยไปยังพื้นที่ดังกล่าว ตามมาตรการ “ระเบิดสะพานโจร” หรือการตัดสาธารณูปโภคที่อาจเอื้อประโยชน์แก่กลุ่มอาชญากรรม
พล.ต.อ.ธัชชัยฯ กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ขณะนี้มีแนวโน้มความพยายามลักลอบข้ามแดนในพื้นที่ จ.จันทบุรีเพิ่มขึ้น แต่ฝ่ายไทยได้เพิ่มมาตรการเฝ้าระวังเข้มข้น และดำเนินการส่งข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับสถานที่ตั้งกลุ่มอาชญากรรมให้แก่ทางการกัมพูชาแล้ว โดยปลายเดือนกันยายนนี้ ทางการกัมพูชาจะนำ Action Plan มานำเสนอในการประชุมร่วมไทย–กัมพูชาครั้งต่อไป
นอกจากนี้ พล.ต.อ.ธัชชัยฯ ยังย้ำว่า Warroom IAC เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างหลายหน่วยงานในไทยและนานาชาติ โดยการประชุมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีและการค้ามนุษย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ ซึ่งยังมีเหยื่อจำนวนมากในหลายประเทศ ไทยในฐานะศูนย์กลางประสานงาน จะเดินหน้าสร้างเครือข่ายข้อมูลที่เข้มแข็ง รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อมุ่งเป้าหมายสูงสุดในการปราบปรามแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์ให้หมดสิ้น
RTP Senior Inspector General Convenes ‘Warroom IAC’ and Leads International Law Enforcement Community to Inspect Cyber Scam Activity along Thai-Cambodian Border
Today (25 September 2025) at 09:00 hrs., Police General Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, the Senior Inspector General of the Royal Thai Police and the Commander of the International Anti-Scam and Human Trafficking Syndicate Command Center (Warroom IAC), led delegations of international representatives who were participating in the International Dialogue on the Nexus of Human Trafficking and Cyber Scam to visit the Ban Phak Kad Permanent Border Crossing area, Khlong Yai Subdistrict, Pong Nam Ron District, Chanthaburi Province. The delegation, which included officials from foreign law enforcement agencies and international organizations such as UNODC and INTERPOL, received a comprehensive briefing on the current situation and the ongoing suppression of cyber scam and human trafficking syndicates in Chanthaburi Province.
Attending the breifing were Mr. Monsit Paisanthanawat, Governor of Chanthaburi Province; Rear Admiral Charamphakon Phromphakon, Commander of the Chanthaburi and Trat Border Defense Command; Police Major General Phongsiam Meekhanthong, Deputy Commissioner of the Tourist Police/Deputy Commander of the IAC; Police Major General Phadungsak Raksasuk, Commander of the Chanthaburi Provincial Police; Police Major General Poomiphat Patrasriwongchai, Commander of the Investigation Division of Provincial Police Region 4; Police Major General Songklod Krirkkitaya, Commander of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division , and other officials.
Following the briefing, Police General Thatchai led the delegation to the Thai-Cambodian border near Cambodia’s Pailin province. They inspected countermeasures implemented to prevent illegal crossings and observed sites identified as scam compounds. These included high-rise, securely fenced compounds on the Cambodian side, reportedly leased and used by foreign nationals for criminal activities. Thai authorities have intensified efforts to cut off illicit utility connections from Thailand to these areas, a countermeasure officially termed the “Infrastructure Dismantle Operation.”
Police General Thatchai noted a rising trend in attempted illegal border crossings in Chanthaburi, which has been met with heightened surveillance by Thai authorities. He confirmed that detailed intelligence on the locations of these scam compounds has been shared with Cambodian authorities. Later this month, Cambodia is expected to present an Action Plan at the next joint Thai-Cambodian meeting.
The Senior Inspector General emphasized that the “Warroom IAC” represents a collaborative effort between numerous Thai and international agencies. “This international dialogue serves as a crucial platform for exchanging intelligence on cybercrime and human trafficking linked to these cyber scam syndicates, which have victimized countless individuals across many nations,” he stated. “As a central coordinator, Thailand is committed to building a strong, rapid, and effective information network with the ultimate goal of eradicating these cyber scam syndicates.”
