“ผบช.ภ.2” ตรวจความพร้อมกองร้อย คฝ. เช็กยุทโธปกรณ์ พร้อมรับทุกภารกิจรักษาความสงบในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก กำชับซักซ้อมยุทธวิธี ยึดหลักกฎหมาย เน้นความปลอดภัยกำลังพล ตำรวจ 1,400 นาย ขวัญดี “ผบ.ตร.” ส่งความห่วงใย ย้ำยึดมั่นปฏิบัติอย่างตำรวจมืออาชีพ เผยถกสถานการณ์ชายแดนไม่น่าห่วง
เมื่อเวลา 13.00 น. วันที่ 21 กันยายน 2568 พล.ต.ท.ยิ่งยศ เทพจำนงค์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 (ผบช.ภ.2) เดินทางไปที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระแก้ว จว.สระแก้ว ตรวจสอบความพร้อมซ้อมการปฏิบัติของตำรวจกองร้อยควบคุมฝูงชน จากตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดสระแก้ว ปราจีนบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา ชลบุรี และระยอง รวม 1,400 นาย และกำลังจากกองอาสารักษาดินแดนจังหวัดสระแก้ว 80 นาย และตรวจเช็กความพร้อมของยุทโธปกรณ์ในการควบคุมฝูงชน โดยมี นายนิรัตน์ พงษ์สิทธิถาวร อธิบดีกรมการปกครอง และ นายปริญญา โพธิสัตย์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสระแก้ว ร่วมด้วย
“การตรวจความพร้อมของตำรวจควบคุมฝูงชน หรือ คฝ. ในวันนี้ เพื่อสร้างความพร้อมปฏิบัติในภารกิจรักษาความสงบในเขตรับผิดชอบตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 ซึ่งครอบคลุม 8 จังหวัดภาคตะวันออก รวมทั้งเมื่อมีสถานการณ์จำเป็นที่หน่วยความมั่นคง เช่น กำลังป้องกันชายแดน อาทิ กองกำลังบูรพา กองกำลังจันทบุรีตราด มีการร้องขอ ซึ่งวันนี้ได้เน้นย้ำการปฏิบัติของชุดควบคุมฝูงชนต้องปฏิบัติตามยุทธวิธี และให้ผู้ควบคุมกำลังตรวจสอบความพร้อมของยุทโธปกรณ์ และซักซ้อมการปฏิบัติอยู่เสมอเพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาด รวมถึงป้องกันการสูญเสียของกำลังพล และจากการพูดคุยกับกำลังพลพบว่ามีความพร้อมและมีขวัญกำลังใจที่ดี” ผบช.ภ.2 กล่าว
พล.ต.ท.ยิ่งยศ กล่าวย้ำว่า พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ (ผบ.ตร.) ฝากความห่วงใยและเป็นกำลังใจให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติ ฝ่ายสนับสนุน ฝ่ายบังคับบัญชาทุกนาย ขอให้ยึดมั่นในการปฏิบัติทุกภารกิจอย่างตำรวจมืออาชีพ และรักษาความไม่ประมาทเสมอชีวิต โดยผู้บังคับบัญชาพร้อมให้การดูแลสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติ
ผบช.ภ.2 กล่าวอีกว่า วันนี้ได้ร่วมประชุมติดตามสถานการณ์ตามแนวชายแดนประเทศกัมพูชา ร่วมกับผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสระแก้ว และ ผบ.กองกำลังบูรพา พบว่าขณะนี้ อยู่ในสถานการณ์ ที่ไม่น่าเป็นห่วง กองกำลังที่รับผิดชอบในพื้นที่ยังคงพร้อมปฏิบัติ ในส่วนของตำรวจตนได้เน้นย้ำการปฏิบัติ ตามกฎหมาย ทั้งกฎหมายที่มีโทษอาญาตามปกติและการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายพิเศษ เช่น กฎอัยการศึก เมื่อหน่วยความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ร้องขอโดยเคร่งครัด
Commissioner of Provincial Police Region 2 Inspects Riot Control Units and Equipment, 1,400 Officers Ready to Maintain Peace
At 1:00 p.m. on September 21, 2025, Pol.Lt.Gen.Yingyos Thepjumnong, Commissioner of Provincial Police Region 2, inspected riot control units and equipment at the Sakaeo Provincial Administrative Organization. A total of 1,400 riot police officers from Sakaeo, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Rayong, along with 80 territorial defense volunteers, took part in readiness drills. The inspection was joined by Nirat Pongsitthithaworn, Director-General of the Department of Provincial Administration, and Parinya Phothisat, Governor of Sakaeo.
Pol.Lt.Gen.Yingyos emphasized that today’s drill aimed to ensure readiness for maintaining public order across the eight eastern provinces under Provincial Police Region 2, as well as for potential support to border security forces such as the Burapha Task Force and Chanthaburi–Trat Task Force. He instructed commanders to check riot-control gear, rehearse tactics regularly, and maintain strict adherence to operational procedures to minimize risks and prevent casualties.
“From my talks with the officers, I can confirm they are well-prepared and in good spirits,” he said.
The Commissioner also conveyed the message of Pol.Gen.Kittirat Phanphet, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, who expressed concern and encouragement to all personnel and urged them to carry out their duties as professional police officers, maintaining vigilance at all times.
Later in the day, Pol.Lt.Gen.Yingyos attended a meeting with the Sakaeo Governor and the commander of the Burapha Task Force to review the situation along the Thai–Cambodian border. He reported that the situation is currently not a cause for concern, and reiterated that police operations will strictly follow applicable laws, both the Criminal Code and special laws such as martial law, when requested by security forces.
