วันนี้ (12 มีนาคม 2569) พล.ต.ต.จตุรภัทร์ ภิรมย์แก้ว รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยว่า วานนี้ พล.ต.ท.อุดร ยอมเจริญ ผู้ช่วยผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุมคณะกรรมการเทคนิคด้านระบบฐานข้อมูลตำรวจอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 40 (40th ASEANAPOL Database System Technical Committee – ADSTC) ณ โรงแรมชาเทรียม แกรนด์ กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีผู้แทนเข้าร่วมประชุมรวมทั้งสิ้น 30 ท่าน ประกอบด้วยผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน 10 ประเทศ ได้แก่ บรูไน กัมพูชา อินโดนีเซีย ลาว มาเลเซีย เมียนมา ฟิลิปปินส์ สิงคโปร์ ไทย และเวียดนาม รวมทั้งผู้แทนจากสำนักเลขาธิการตำรวจอาเซียน (ASEANAPOL Secretariat)
การประชุม ADSTC นี้ ถือเป็นการประชุมด้านเทคนิคที่สำคัญภายใต้กรอบการทำงานของตำรวจอาเซียน (ASEANAPOL) โดยมีบทบาทหลักในการพัฒนาและบริหารระบบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านอาชญากรรมระหว่างประเทศสมาชิก ซึ่งคณะกรรมการชุดนี้รับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลของ ASEANAPOL การเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลข่าวกรองและข้อมูลคดีอาชญากรรม การดูแลระบบ Electronic ASEANAPOL Database System (e-ADS) รวมไปถึงการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาระบบใหม่อย่าง e-ADS 2.0 เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
สำหรับการประชุมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 4 ประการ ได้แก่ เพื่อพิจารณาการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบฐานข้อมูลของ ASEANAPOL, เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสืบสวนอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ, เพื่อหารือแนวทางการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และเพื่อนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะทางเทคนิคต่อการประชุมระดับสูง เช่น การประชุมใหญ่ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจอาเซียน (ASEANAPOL Conference) ต่อไป
Royal Thai Police Hosts the 40th ASEANAPOL Database System Technical Committee (ADSTC) Meeting to Enhance Transnational Crime Data Sharing
(12 March 2026) Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaturapat Bhiromkaew, Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police, announced that on 11 March 2026, Pol. Lt. Gen. Udon Yomcharoen, Assistant Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, presided over the opening ceremony of the 40th ASEANAPOL Database System Technical Committee (ADSTC) Meeting at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok Hotel.
The meeting was attended by delegates from 10 ASEAN member countries—Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam—along with representatives from the ASEANAPOL Secretariat.
The ASEANAPOL Database System Technical Committee (ADSTC) serves as a key technical body within the ASEANAPOL framework, responsible for the development and administration of the regional crime information exchange system among ASEAN member states. Its core functions include the development and enhancement of the ASEANAPOL database system, strengthening cross-border connectivity of intelligence and criminal records, overseeing the Electronic ASEANAPOL Database System (e-ADS), and advancing new platforms such as e-ADS 2.0 to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data sharing among member countries.
The 40th ADSTC Meeting was convened with several key objectives:
• To review the ongoing development and enhancement of the ASEANAPOL database system.
• To exchange experiences and best practices in the application of information technology in combating transnational crime.
• To discuss strategic approaches for improving the utilization and effectiveness of the ASEANAPOL database system.
• To formulate technical recommendations for submission to higher-level ASEANAPOL forums, including the ASEANAPOL Conference.
