สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติถวายความอาลัย พร้อมถวายความปลอดภัย ถวายพระเกียรติสูงสุด และดูแลประชาชนตลอดเส้นทางเคลื่อนขบวนเชิญพระบรมศพฯ ตั้งศปก.ส่วนหน้า และ กอ.ร่วม ดูแลความสงบเรียบร้อย ตลอดพระราชพิธี
วันนี้ (26 ตุลาคม 2568) พล.ต.ท.ชัยต์พจน สูวรรณรักษ์ ผู้บัญชาการสำนักงานกำลังพล/รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เปิดเผยว่า สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ นำโดย พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ พร้อมข้าราชการตำรวจทุกนาย และครอบครัวตำรวจ ร่วมถวายความอาลัย สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย โดยน้อมสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นล้นพ้นอันหาที่สุดมิได้ และพร้อมรวมใจ รวมกำลังในการถวายความปลอดภัย ถวายพระเกียรติ ในการเชิญพระบรมศพ และเคลื่อนขบวนพระบรมศพฯ จากโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย ไปยังพระที่นั่งดุสิตมหาปราสาท ในพระบรมมหาราชวัง
รองโฆษกสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กล่าวว่า ผบ.ตร.กำชับตำรวจทุกนายที่ร่วมภารกิจสำคัญครั้งนี้ ให้ดูแลความเรียบร้อย และดูแลความปลอดภัยให้พี่น้องประชาชนที่จะหลั่งไหลร่วมถวายความอาลัยตลอดเส้นทางขบวนเชิญพระบรมศพฯ เป็นระยะทาง 10 กิโลเมตร ตลอดจนให้อำนวยความสะดวกการจราจรในเส้นทางต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมอบหมายให้ พล.ต.อ.สำราญ นวลมา รอง ผบ.ตร. เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบกำกับดูแล
ทั้งนี้สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติมีข้อสั่งการไปยังข้าราชการตำรวจปฏิบัติ ดังนี้
- ถวายความปลอดภัยในขบวนเชิญพระบรมศพ ฯ
- ถวายพระเกียรติพระบรมศพฯ ในเส้นทางเคลื่อนพระบรมศพฯ อย่างสมพระเกียรติ
- ดูแลความความเรียบร้อยและความปลอดภัยประชาชนที่ร่วมถวายความอาลัยพระบรมศพฯ ตลอดเส้นทาง
- จัดทำแผนถวายความปลอดภัยในงานพระราชพิธีฯ การเคลื่อนขบวนเชิญพระบรมศพฯ และซักซ้อมการปฏิบัติ
- กำชับมาตรการด้านการข่าว โดยให้กองบัญชาการตำรวจสันติบาลเป็นหน่วยหลักในการบูรณาการด้านการข่าวร่วมกับกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล, กองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง และหน่วยในพื้นที่
- ให้กองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาลพิจารณาการจัดตั้งศูนย์ปฏิบัติการส่วนหน้า (ศปก.สน.) และกองอำนวยการร่วมในการถวายความปลอดภัย รวมทั้งดูแลความเรียบร้อยและความปลอดภัยประชาชน และอำนวยความสะดวกการจราจรตลอดพระราชพิธี
- ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทุกหน่วยทำความเข้าใจกับกำลังพลในเรื่องของความเหมาะสมในการประพฤติปฏิบัติตน รวมถึงการแต่งกายในช่วงไว้ทุกข์
The Royal Thai Police provides guidance to Thai citizens and foreign visitors during the mourning period for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother and the royal funeral procession.
(October 26, 2025) — Police Major General Jaturapat Bhiromkaew, Commander of the Foreign Affairs Division and Deputy Spokesperson of the Royal Thai Police, revealed that Police General Kittharath Punpetch, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, has instructed all police officers participating in this important mission to ensure public safety and maintain order along the entire 10-kilometre route of the royal funeral procession. Officers are also directed to facilitate traffic management and provide assistance to the large number of mourners expected to gather and pay their final respects. The Royal Thai Police stands ready to serve the nation with discipline, dignity, and devotion during this solemn time.
Guidelines for the Public During the Mourning Period, The Royal Thai Police respectfully requests all citizens and visitors to observe the following:
- Dress respectfully – Wear black, white, or dark-colored clothing.
- Maintain solemn behavior – Avoid loud celebrations or entertainment.
- Follow police and official instructions – Officers will be stationed at all key areas.
- Remain within designated public viewing zones and follow instructions from police officers.
- Keep belongings minimal and cooperate with security screening at checkpoints.
The Royal Thai Police extends its sincere appreciation to the Thai people and the international community for their cooperation, understanding, and heartfelt condolences during this period of national mourning.
